Growing up in the flooring industry gave Brianna a great perspective when it came to perpetuating the strong industry relationships fostered by her father, Dave. With a special focus on providing friendly, helpful customer service, Brianna understands the importance of keeping customers in the loop and keeping their minds at ease in the midst of a flooring project, no matter the size or scope.

Our Epoxy Floor Coating Process
Whether you’re calling us for commercial or residential epoxy floor coating, here’s what you can expect:
- When you call us, we’ll ask you a few questions regarding your flooring needs, then we’ll schedule your in-person consultation
- We’ll visit your home or facility to evaluate the current condition of your floors and to discuss your needs in further detail
- Once we determine the scope of the work, we’ll provide you with a written estimate
- After you’ve decided to go ahead with the project, we’ll work with you to create a project timeline
- When we receive your initial payment, we’ll order the necessary materials
- When it’s time to begin work, we’ll prepare the surface and apply the epoxy
- The area will be barricaded for the time it takes for the epoxy coating to cure (2 hours to 4 days, depending on materials and thickness of application)
- After curing, we will return to the project site to inspect the floor, clean up the area and provide receipts for your final payment
- We’ll help you register your product warranties and provide your warranty documentation
